Please make sure if you are downloading a copy from this website that you get the correct week.
In order to make our hot meal service really efficient, we would like all meals to be ordered and paid for in advance. If this isn’t always possible please come in and talk to someone in the office.
Menus for ordering will be issued to parents in paper form on Monday. This will need to be returned to the office, marked with your child’s meal requirements and payment by the Thursday of that week at the latest (for any forms recieved after Thursday's deadline, we will only be able to offer your child the jacket potato option). These meals will be eaten by your child starting on the Monday of the following week.
If you are in a hurry, there is a ‘Drop & Go’ box in Reception which you can use. Please make sure the dinner form and correct money are sealed inside an envelope, clearly marked with your child’s name and form.
Please keep a note of the days you have ordered meals for your child (particularly when there is a holiday in between).
Every child who requires a meal must complete their order form (including those entitled to free school meals either as part of the Universal Infant Free School Meal initiative or for KS2 children). Please note that the school cannot make a choice on behalf of the children, especially in the light of special dietary requirements.
If we do not receive your order form, we will assume that you will be providing your child with a packed lunch.
You will need to specify whether your child is having the hot meal option or the vegetarian option. Please remember that children do not have to be vegetarian to choose the vegetarian option.
Meal price is £2.00 (subject to review in September)
Watch out for our special ‘themed day’ menus!
It is really important that the school is kept informed of any food allergies your child may have. Please check with the office that they hold the correct information.
Please see below our dinner menus for the next two weeks.
